How long does it take for an average Birthday Party/Event?
Approximately 1 hour depending on the size of the party, this is an estimate average time. For large groups and fundraisers, it typically is 30 minutes per 20 bears.

What if I need to cancel a party? Is there a cancellation fee?
Please call as soon as possible if you need to cancel. You can re-schedule for no additional cost. If totally canceling party there is a 50% cancellation fee. 50% will be returned within 10 days.
What is the policy on Gratuity?
Gratuity is not required but appreciated. If you feel your Party Leader did an outstanding job at making your party the best ever, then gratuities are greatly appreciated. Donation & Gratuities go towards FREE stuffies to children in need. StuffnFun believes every child deserves to build their very own stuffy to love, cuddle, and find comfort.
What requirements are needed on my end for the set-up?
We will need an outlet to plug Stuffing Machine in, a chair and table set up for guests to color and design t-shirts. We will have fabric pens available. You are more than welcome to provide your own additional embellishments for further t-shirt designs such as stickers, iron on patches, stick on jewels etc…
How far in advance do I need to make my reservation?
It is recommended that you book your party as soon as possible. With most birthday parties being on the weekends, there are limited spots on the calendar.
Can additional bears be added for last minute guests?
Yes, we always have extra Teddy friends traveling with us. Payment for any additional can be paid on-site at the party.
